Design the information exchange and governmental collaboration framework of search and rescue (SAR) mission. Develop a web-based SAR collaboration framework integrate task map, data visualization tools, backend data processing module and statistical database to organize SAR workflow in National Rescue Command Center (NRCC). The coordinators in NRCC from various governmental agency can utility this framework to cooperate and monitor any on-line SAR mission from case acceptance, notification, execute search and rescue mission until task completion. The information obtained from the framework is synchronously shared and completely recorded in the database.
