1.Establishment of Train Dispatching Radio System
- The scope of the project cover from Chaozhou Station in Pingtung County to Zhiben Station in Taitung County, and establish radio base station, repeater and STM transmission system.

2.Establishment of Telecommunication System
- The total length of this construction project amounts to 123.4km, from Chaozhou Station in Pingtung County in the west to Taitung Station in Taitung County in the east. The engineering content of this project include the site survey, design, supply material, construction work, test and commissioning, switchover, dismantling, warranty, system assurance and independent verification and validation works of the telecommunication system.

3.Signaling Electronic Interlocking System
- Separate into two centralized electronic interlocking area in accordance with the border between Fangliao and Dawu electrical station. Each signal equipment room in two areas is equipment with field object controller (FOC).
- Set up 2 independent CVDU local control device as a redundancy in Fangliao and Dawu Station.
- Install operating recorder in each station’s signal equipment room and Pingtung, Fangliao, Dawu and Taitung Workstation. In addition, install wind speed measurement equipment at certain area to detect real-time wind speed.
