The 911 service command and dispatch system immediately provide disaster relief related information for the commander to use as a decision-making support. The follow-up will be accompanied by the electronic management application system of the ambulance electronic record form established by each county and city. The information of disaster relief and ambulance will be presented immediately, and the response time of disaster relief and rescue will decrease, and the disaster rescue efficiency will be improved. Reduce the loss of people's property, and achieve the goals of standardized 911 service call, intelligent dispatch, computerized workflow, and multi-functional report system. (Remark: The emergency number of 911 service in Taiwan is 119.)

Build an intelligent emergency medical rescue information network and framework based on cross-organization information collaboration, complete a data exchange mechanism, and one-stop data registration to achieve the purpose of resource sharing and information disclosure.

Establish an ambulance system database, integrate ambulance-related quality control data and management application statistics functions, analyze and evaluate pre-hospital emergency ambulance electronic record to develop and improve emergency ambulance service quality plans or indicators.

Promote the standardization of emergency medical rescue information, expand the circulation and application of emergency medical rescue data, and build a complete emergency medical rescue big data database.
